March eNewsletter

Welcome to What Pink Makes Possible

We are happy to be launching our new monthly newsletter, What Pink Makes Possible. Look for it the first week of every month for updates on events, volunteer opportunities, news, and other relevant Komen Kentucky information.

Future issues will highlight survivors, our community partners, sponsors, volunteers, lastest research news, event photos, etc.  If you have an article you would like to share, please send it to info@komenkentucky and make “What Pink Makes Possible enewsletter” the subject line. We’d also love to hear your feedback! Let us know what you think about this enewsletter and what type of information would be meaningful to you.

Greetings from Board President, Bob Iezzi

The Komen Kentucky Board of Directors held their annual retreat from 9am-5pm on Saturday, February 18 in Frankfort, KY.  The agenda included discussions and approvals of the organization’s budget, strategic plan, and 2017 events. The day ran smoothly thanks to our facilitator, Brent Carmichael.  We appreciate our board members’ continued commitment to Komen Kentucky and our fight against breast cancer.
